I recommend the Daiso piece puff for amazing value.

I used to buy puffs and wash them, but over time they would get lint, and it was a hassle to wash them frequently. After reading that experts say not replacing puffs often can cause breakouts, I've just started replacing them, but replacing other types of puffs frequently is financially burdensome. The small puffs I bought at Daiso—60 pieces for 2,000 won—are the absolute best value for money. I replace them immediately when they get a little dirty, and because they are angular, they provide smooth coverage even around the nose, which is great.
