[Purchased with my own money] Summer body lotion
The product name is Nivea Essentially Enriched Body Lotion, and as indicated on the bottom of the product, it says 'dry to very dry skin.' It is humid, so it is hot, and because it is hot, sweat is pouring down like a waterfall... The season has arrived where sweat pours out as if it had been hiding somewhere all along. I tend to get hot easily, to the point where even when early summer is just around the corner, I quickly organize my clothes in the closet and take out short sleeves to wear. Perhaps that is why I get very sensitive to the summer heat; I try to avoid going anywhere, taking the shortest route possible or staying home. Still, I have to go to work, and appointments are bound to come up. After running around outside to my heart's content, I come back with a sweaty, dry body that feels sticky. Body lotion doesn't absorb immediately, so it sticks to my pajamas, leaving me feeling like I haven't actually washed. I used Happy Bath's fruit body oil because it suited my body best, and that's how I discovered this Nivea product. When I first encountered this product, I wondered how to apply it. The texture seemed to contain oil, but when I poured some onto my palm before spreading it on my body, it felt like sunscreen. So, when I tried applying it after drying myself off, it was stiff and difficult to spread. However, when I applied it while there was still just a little moisture left, it spread much better and absorbed significantly. With its absorption and subtle oiliness, it is exactly the texture I wanted for summer, so I plan to use this until it hits the bottom of the container until something better comes out. If I were to compare it to Happy Bath's body oil, Happy Bath has more oiliness, so it applies more easily and covers a larger area with a smaller amount. You can apply it. With Nivea products, you can apply it roughly similarly if you apply it to damp skin, but it seems like you need to pump it out more to spread it out.
