Actually, there's nothing special about gradient tips!

First, apply the desired color of lipstick to the inner part of your lips. Then, use a cotton swab or lip brush to spread it outwards.

Then, apply lipstick to the inner part of the lips one more time.

After that, just finish with something like lip gloss and you're done!

It's simple, but a bit of a hassle, so I don't really end up doing it.
