❤️High-end Department Store Yves Saint Laurent Lips VS Affordable Roadshop Bbia Lips Comparison and Recommendations❤️

Today, I’m going to compare high-end and budget lipsticks with similar shades from my collection✨

The lipsticks I will be comparing are Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Shine #162 Pershing Rosehip and Bbia Overglaze #02 Figudant💕

 

 

I was planning to buy a different color, but after swatching it at the store, it was prettier than I thought.

I ended up buying the 162 Pulsing Rosehip❣️ I was looking for a color similar to Pulsing Rosehip and...

It actually felt a bit similar to Pigdang!

 

 

Isn't the transparent gloss just so, so pretty? 🥰

Pulsing Rosehip is calm, with slightly low saturation and a cool rose hue✨

 

 

Figdang is a neutral fig-colored shade.

The signature shiny, glass-like sheen of overglaze is so dazzling, isn't it? 🙌💗

 

 

When I swatched them on my hand, Pearling Rosehip felt a bit brighter, while Fig Dang felt slightly darker in shade!

And rosehip feels a bit warmer...?

The texture was definitely thick, like a syrup lip, with the overglaze.🙌

Since YSL is a glow lipstick, the smooth application was great❤️

 

 

Even when applied to the lips, the pigmentation comes out a bit darker!

There are differences in texture and consistency, but aren't the colors similar?.?💗

Rosehip comes out cooler on paper than when swatched on my hand, so I think it definitely fits the cool-toned lip✨

I looked at the personal color recommendations and Yeomu seemed to be the best.

When I tried it, I think even summer and winter cool types could use it as a base lip.

 

It looked incredibly pretty even if I used Pulsing Rosehip as a base and layered Fig Dang on top.💕

I think I might have found an unexpected lip combination lol

Looking at the comparison shots, I feel like Pigdang is prettier.

These days, the quality of road shop products has improved so much that they seem pretty similar now, haha.
