No. 2 is Cool Pink!
It is an over-lip maker that adds volume to your lips. You use the base color to extend the lip area and the shading to draw the lip line. I think it is even more convenient to use since it is a dual-type product.
The base color might seem a bit dark on its own, but it actually matches my lip color better than I expected! Personally, the Cool Pink shade is similar to my natural lip color, so I use this one the most.
The shading liner looks like a more natural shadow than I expected, so it's nice. The base lip is really matte, so you definitely need to exfoliate before using it. 🙌🏻
It's a matte finish that adheres perfectly to the lips, so it feels like my own.
I defined the lip area to add volume and applied tint to the center to complete a gradient lip look😊
Since the Over Lip Maker is very matte, it doesn't go well with moisturizing lip products. I recommend using it with a lip product that has a matte texture.
I don't have thin lips, so I don't use lip overliners very often. However, if I use a base, it covers up lip blemishes a bit, so I do like it!
I really don't recommend using this when you have dead skin cells.
