The texture reminds me of Peripera Ink The Velvet!
However, it is much thicker than Peripera!

Not a bright, vivid brick red, but a subtly heavy brick red
Even if you apply Powder Kiss Liquid Lip Color on its own
It doesn't accentuate dry skin, and the color payoff is amazing.
No clumping even after applying multiple coats
It spread really well on top, leaving a soft, fluffy texture!
It leaves a soft, matte finish.
Personally, I am very satisfied.
