Lipstick with good application

I am currently using IOPE products, but my lips get chapped even in the summer, so I can't wear just any lipstick.

My lips tend to get dry and flaky easily, so I've tried various products, but I really like this IOPE lipstick because it keeps my lips moisturized and prevents flaking. The color isn't too bright, and my favorite is Pink Romance. It applies smoothly, so I've settled on this product.
