Bought with my own money, I've used at least 10 tubes of this mute lip recommendation, Mamonde Lip, since it was popular.

This is the Mamonde Velvet Red Lipstick, which I think everyone is familiar with! It's great as a base lip, and while I mainly use it for a matte finish, it looks so pretty if you apply it as a base before putting on a dewy lipstick! This absolutely cannot be discontinued. The texture is soft and doesn't accentuate dry skin, so I use it well even in the summer.
