I think the Heart Percent Dot On Mood Lip Pencil is the product that started the over-lip makeup craze. Its biggest advantage is its really high staying power. Other lip pencils tend to wear off quickly after activities, but this product stayed exactly on my lip line. I also like that they keep renewing it and creating new colors.
