This is my summer essential, Heart Percent's Velvet Tint!

I didn't purchase this myself; I remember receiving it as a gift from another place last year.

It is a velvet tint, but it doesn't apply with a rough, gritty texture.

It is good to use because it doesn't emphasize dead skin cells much.

And it lasts a long time because it has good staying power.

The color is so pretty and I like it.
