Base Lip Recommendations

I recommend the Romand Zero Matte Lipstick in the color Envy Me.

It is an MLBB color that isn't too intense.

It's great to use as a base when doing over-lips!

I consider it to be in the warm tone category, but it is a color that is easy for anyone to use.
