Heart Percent Lip Pencil

I wouldn't recommend it for Spring Warm tones. It doesn't look completely unsuitable, so I'm still using it, but I can't shake the feeling that it looks a bit cakey. I think it would be perfect for Cool tones. It really does look pretty if you use this to outline your lips, do a slight over-lip, and then apply a tint inside. I think the price was around 10,000 won, so it seems like a pretty good deal.
