My failed purchase with my own money is Ciero Jelosi Archive Plumter Masala. I picked this lipstick thinking it was just a regular lipstick, and I thought it was decent because the color was nice. However, it turns out it has the function of making the lips look fuller. I was surprised by the intense tingling sensation when I first applied it, so I stopped using it. I later found out that it contains chili pepper extract, which is what gives it that effect. It is a product I don't reach for often, so I haven't used it.
