It's the Cartrun Rouge Star Plumping Lip Tattoo Pack.

I bought this from an online store because it claimed that applying it, letting it dry, and peeling it off would give you plump lips. I was curious because it said the plumpness would last a long time, just like my own lips. I'm not sure if I'm using it incorrectly or if this product is just supposed to be like that. Even after applying, letting it dry, and trying to peel it off, it didn't come off easily, and my lips actually ended up drying out. So, I am introducing this as a failed product.
