Has anyone tried the Etude Plumping Lip Primer from Daiso cosmetics?

I've tried Daiso tints and lip serums.

I looked it up and found that Etude's plumping lip primer is also available at Daiso??

 

 

 

I've never used a lip primer before, so

I'm curious about what it's mainly used for and what the effects are!

When I first heard the name, I wondered if it was used to neutralize the color before applying lipstick.

Looking at the Daiso description, it seems like a plumper + lip liner...?
