Romand Glow Lip

This is the Glasting Water Glow Clear Jelly that came as a free gift when I bought Romand Cooling Up. It is a clear lip gloss that you apply thinly over your lip tint or lipstick as the final step. It gives a plump, bouncy effect, especially when applied lightly over matte lips, and makes them stand out with its sparkling shine. It is less sticky than I expected, and since it is colorless, it doesn't change the color of the lipstick you applied beforehand, so I am using it well.
