Watery lips are all the rage these days!
So I bought a lip plumper from Romand too, and after trying it, it was really good!
There are three colors available, and I chose Meteor Brick! If you apply the tint and then layer the plumper on top, you can instantly achieve glossy, shimmering, dewy lips!!
It gives a slight tingling sensation, and it feels like my lips are getting a little plumper! Highly recommended!!
