I recommend this lip balm.

I used to struggle with dry, flaky lips all the time, but since using this product, the chapping has decreased and I don't get as much dead skin buildup. Plus, my lips look more vibrant, so I've been using this a lot lately... (My lips always lacked color, but this gives them a natural flush.) It looks nice to have a healthy flush. I think I'll be carrying this around and applying it often.
