Moisturizing lip balm

I've been applying this frequently lately for my lips, which have been very chapped. It feels like lipstick makes them even drier, and I find lip tints inconvenient to apply. So I looked around and found that there are many lip balms these days that are colored just like lipstick. The color isn't too intense, and it holds its oil well.
