Do you have any good colored lip balms?

I don't know if it's because I'm getting old, but

I'm having a hard time because my lips are chapped.

It feels like applying lipstick after lip balm actually makes the dead skin cells on my lips stand out even more.

I'm just using a colored lip balm.

Are there any decent products in a reasonable price range?

Please recommend some options within the road shop price range!
