How do I change my eyebrow shape?

My eyebrows aren't thin, so I thin them out occasionally.

I don't like the shape of my eyebrows, so I want to change them.

I found it difficult to change the shape of my eyebrows with just eyebrow pencil.

I'm wondering if I should shave my eyebrows off completely and draw them in... they look so angry.

I'm not sure what to do. Celebrities change their eyebrow shapes so easily; I'm jealous.
