I've been tying and untying my hair all day long lol

It's fine at first, but
After just a short while, the back of my neck gets hot, so I end up tying it up right away.
But then if I keep it tied up for too long, it feels stuffy, so I take it off...
When summer comes, this is on endless repeat.
