I feel like my stamina has dropped lately, so I’m thinking of starting some light exercise.
Rather than starting off on a grand scale, I plan to begin by consistently taking walks near my house.
These days, I am realizing anew that health is the most important thing, so I am trying to pay a little more attention to my diet.
They say that a single small habit makes a big change, so let's all do our best starting today!
