How to reduce intense emotions?

 

It’s not something that can be solved just by constantly thinking or worrying.

I'm just getting stressed out, but it's hard to let go and accept it.

There are times when you find yourself having this kind of worry at least once.

If it were something outside my area of ​​expertise, I might just give up.

I keep thinking about this and that, wondering if there is a better direction.

I've been worrying and researching, but time is passing and I'm just getting stressed out.

 

Is there a way to let go and stop worrying?
