Goodbye to the blackout curtains I barely managed to draw.

There was a bit of a draft, so I hung up thick blackout curtains all winter.

I pulled it back and replaced it with thin curtains

The room has become brighter even with the curtains drawn.

The atmosphere of the room has changed now that the light has come in.
