I've been doing nothing but walking all the time, so I'm trying to make my body a bit more flexible.
I finally mustered up the courage to knock on the door of a yoga center!!
My body was trembling because it was the first time I was doing the move.
It was harder than I thought and I got drenched in sweat, but I feel pretty proud.
I'll probably regret it tomorrow because my whole body aches hahaha
