Laundry left in washing machine for 1 night and 2 days

I put the washing machine on and spent the day.

Amazing, right??? I don't know if they've lost their minds or what.

I thought it would be teeming with germs, so I added some vinegar while washing.

I think I heard somewhere that vinegar has a sterilizing function and that people add it.
