개선 습관 바꾸기 좋습니다 저도 좀 필요한 부분..
The habit of going to bed past midnight,
There are times when I can't wake up at 6 AM on weekdays (it feels like I couldn't go to work... ㅠ)
Inability to consistently get 7 hours of sleep
I don't like this.
going to bed
Primary goal: Go to bed at least before midnight.
Second goal: Get ready well starting at 10 o'clock
Sleep goals
Secure at least 6:30 hours, consistently 7 hours
Seeing you keep taking naps, I don't think this should be happening.
I need to keep trying to improve.
