Fried dumplings

Out of countless dumplings, I've come full circle and returned to Gohyang Mandu.

For dinner, I pan-fried some dumplings until crispy and ate them with vinegar-based soy sauce. I was going to make spicy mixed dumplings with gochujang, but I got lazy lol.
