Today, I added Soybe Lab soy milk instead of a boiled egg.

Steamed vegetables, tofu, soy yogurt, soy milk!

I'm planning to add boiled eggs to supplement my protein-deficient diet.

 

Today's fasting time is 14 hours and 25 minutes!

I feel great on an empty stomach right now, without having a late-night snack.
