16-hour fast + late-night snack~ Oil, vegetables, vinegar!

 

I eat soy yogurt with oil and vinegar added.

It might vary from person to person, but

I think it helps with blood sugar spikes!

I'm definitely less sleepy!

 

I also try to maintain a 14-hour fast.

I feel good because it seems like I am controlling my blood sugar well.

I hope I lose body fat too, haha.
