I haven't been feeling great lately... but I'll try to cheer up.

A busy time!

My bedtime is at least 12 AM, I have to work harder next week, and there is no guarantee of improvement.

I have constant heartburn except when sleeping or eating.

My heart is burning, so I can't get a coffee transfusion.

I can drink green tea, oolong tea, and Pu'er tea, but I cannot get a good night's sleep during my limited sleep time.

I can't drink all lemon-based tea drinks....

 

Would cocoa or kombucha-based drinks be okay?

 

As expected, it is the end of the year.

I guess I'll have to survive.

 

There's so much work, but I get distracted so much, it's driving me crazy🤣
