I like this sense of ease.

Today, I just wanted to clear my head and do nothing.
Put aside the pressure to do something for a moment.
I just sat there spacing out with a warm cup of coffee, and that was actually quite nice.
Even though it’s just a short amount of time, I feel like my body is loosening up a bit.
Having this kind of余裕 (leisure/time) is actually quite helpful.
