Is this midlife crisis?!

As soon as I got into the office today, I saw all the backlog of messages and let out a sigh.
There are a few things that made me think, 'Why are you sending this to me...?' even while I was replying.
I couldn't get a single thing done, so I feel like my mind has just drained away.
