It’s too much to dismiss as just Monday blues.

Today, my whole body felt lethargic for no reason, so I felt tired even just sitting still.
I haven't really done anything special, but my head feels foggy and I can't concentrate.
I just sat there spacing out for a long time with a cup of coffee in hand.
At times like this, I feel like I should slow down the tempo of everything.

It's too lethargic to just dismiss it as Monday blues.
