Sincerity conveyed through words

Lately, I find myself saying thank you to the people around me often for no reason.
I’m realizing how much strength it gives me to have someone pay attention to even the smallest things.
Moments like handing over a cup of coffee or briefly asking how they are doing.
It was a small thing, but it really warmed my heart.
