Kimchi stew

I usually eat kimchi jjim at the restaurant, but today I was really craving this soft, tender kimchi, so I picked it up. It's packed with meat, and the well-fermented, sour kimchi is a real rice thief. The portion was even bigger since I picked it up, so I plan to eat the rest tomorrow morning.
