You can't teach someone to read the room, right?

There is someone around me who really has absolutely no common sense.

There are often cases where even a small matter turns into a big deal because of that person.

I've told them a few times to just do it this way or that way, saying it's better, but I don't know if they can't do it or just won't do it, but in the end, they threw a tantrum again today.
