I didn't drink yesterday....

I didn't even touch a drop of alcohol yesterday.

But it feels like I have a hangover; my stomach hurts, my eyes feel hot, and it’s just like the day after drinking.

I wonder if just simple fatigue can come on like this, just like a hangover...
