A socially awkward guy joined the company hahaha;;;;;

It's driving me crazy that they keep asking the same questions over and over again. Ugh, I'm seriously so frustrated I could die. I even looked at what was written in the notebook and asked if I could figure it out later if I organized it like that. They said they could, but then they asked again... Argh;;;;;

It’s natural to have a lot of questions since you’re learning the job, but they make mistakes without asking, and when I ask why they didn’t ask, they say it’s because they’re afraid of getting scolded lol;;;;

If they just said that, I’d actually think, "Oh, maybe they just aren't very good at their job sometimes." But the way they talk is driving me absolutely crazy. Since they work in the service industry and interact with customers, I guess you could say they speak without any filter... saying things like, "That’s just unavoidable..." No wonder complaints are bound to come in... ^^ I’m seriously going crazy because of this kid. I’m just venting here. I’m so stressed I could die.
