I couldn't fall asleep for a long time yesterday, and now the day is tough.
I think I fell asleep about 3 to 4 hours after lying down in bed. It was late at night.
It's hard to even wake up to the sound of the alarm in the morning.
I keep yawning, my eyes are half-closed, and I look like a mess.
If I get a nap, I won't be able to sleep at night again, so I have to hang in there.
