I'm thinking of quitting because of the gossip.

Did you take a full vacation? Did you take a half-day off? Then they immediately start badmouthing you. If I keep my mouth shut because I don't want to join in, they complain again. It's driving me crazy.

They act like they don't care to my face, but behind my back, they badmouth me over trivial matters, so I don't want to talk to them.

The topic of the gossip is ridiculous.

The biggest reason people criticize them is that they dislike them for working hard. If that's the case, why even join a company? It's only natural since they don't do any work themselves because they're busy socializing.

They try to secretly cover up their own mistakes, but when another employee makes a mistake, they publicly point it out and make a big deal out of it.

There are so many other things besides this, but I'm getting stressed out just writing them down, so I just want to stop thinking about it. I guess this is grounds for quitting, right?
