I'm worried about upper lip hair removal, is there anyone who can listen?

It's only been two months since I got my upper lip hair removed.
The area between my nose and upper lip has actually gotten darker already.
Is it normal for this to happen after a month? Has anyone had a similar experience?
It looks even weirder because only the tops of my mouth are slightly darkened.
It feels exactly like the beard makeup of sycophantic villains worn by comedians.
It looks a bit like this photo. Not that much, but that makes it even more stressful.
How often do people who get their upper lip hair removed go for a visit?
I'm wondering if switching hospitals will solve the problem.
