Kamut enzyme

There really are so many different types of enzymes these days.

Today, I had Kamut enzyme after brunch. It tastes like roasted sweet potato, but to my taste

It's a bit disappointing.

Once I finish this, I'll have to buy it again for the savory grain flavor.
