A glass of water on an empty stomach~~^^

Lately, I wake up even at dawn looking for water.

It looks like I'm replenishing the sweat I shed this summer.

I drink frequently and carry a tumbler with me.

It's not hot during the day anymore; autumn is slowly setting in.
