I am taking CoQ10 to stay healthy. I currently take it in the evening, but I plan to switch to daytime starting tomorrow. I saw a post on Unpa today saying that it is better to take it during the day.
낮에 먹는게 좋은가보네요 내일은 낮에 잘 드셔요
이따 식후에 챙겨먹어야겠어요 건강한 몸위해 영양제 잘 먹자구요
영양제도 식전, 식후와 아침 저녁으로 구분해서 먹으라네요~~
