Psyllium husk dietary fiber~!

Make sure to get psyllium fiber.

It is a bit inconvenient since you have to mix it with water, haha.

I bought it without knowing. I thought it was because the one I usually take is in pill form.

Once I finish these, I'll have to buy the pills.
