Olive oil capsules

Olive oil capsules that I've been really making sure to take on an empty stomach lately.

I guess you could call it an effort for slow aging and skin care.

I'll be a year older next year, so I need to take care of myself somehow.

I absolutely couldn't swallow bottled oil, so I'm taking the capsule form now, and it's so convenient and great.
