Honestly, I don't believe that you can get skin whitening effects from eating.
The only product I've taken that actually worked is Niar Glowteen.
First of all, it's peach flavored so it's really delicious.
I noticed my skin tone brightened after taking it consistently for about a month.
The cushion I used before made my skin look a bit dull, so I bought a cushion that is one shade lighter.
I've already finished it all, so I'm thinking of stocking up when it goes on sale.
