I do mix apple cider vinegar with water to drink, but since I only do that sporadically, I decided to try the gummies. I purchased them using a coupon I received from a walk. They are soft jellies; I can eat them without any aversion, so I think I will make sure to take them regularly. I'll take two at a time.
